Jennifer House, Ph.D., Founder and
Principal RedRock Reports is led by Dr. Jennifer House, Ph.D. A noted education market leader, Dr. House is a former school district administrator and educational technology innovator. In addition to tenure with the Cupertino, CA school district, she also held executive positions with Apple Computer, Classroom Connect, and other leading K-12 organizations. Under Dr. House’s direction, RedRock Reports has assembled a team of specialists with a broad range of professional experience and industry perspectives.

Glenn Fisher, Chief Operating Officer Glenn has a broad background in program management, education and technology. He has created and managed developer and marketing programs at Linden Lab, Openwave and Apple Computer. At Apple, he managedsoftware and product development to marketing and events. His education technology positions include former President and board member of CUE (Computer Using Educators) and computer specialist at Alameda County Office of Education, and director of summer technology institutes for teachers, and director of a science technology guide project. A former elementary teacher, Glenn has a BS in Chemistry from Harvey Mudd College and worked at the Lawrence Berkeley Lab as a physical chemist prior to obtaining his teaching credential |

Jeanne Hayes, Senior Advisor Serving as an advisor to the firm is Jeanne Hayes. In 2005, Jeanne established “The Hayes Connection” to consult for both established and start-up education market companies and school districts. Jeanne's 30 years of strategic insights gained from building a business, creating databases, analyzing market trends and helping clients market to schools enable her to connect her clients to the education market. Hayes founded Quality Education Data, (QED) in 1981. Her vision was to create the highest-quality education database possible. To grow the business, she established a marketing research division in the early ‘90s and later expanded the database through QED’s National Registry of Teachers™. After she facilitated the sale of QED to Scholastic Inc. in 1999, she served as VP of Marketing Development at Scholastic through 2004.

Donna Craighead,
Ph.D., Senior Analyst With over 28 years of educational technology experience, Donna Craighead, Ph.D. is the Senior Analyst for RedRock Reports. Her responsibilities include research, analysis, and synthesis of funding information. She also provides professional development focused on integrating technology, special education, and mathematics. As a professional educator, she was responsible for the development and implementation of a regional service center math curriculum program, taught special education and Title I mathematics, and provided technology education instruction from pre-school through post-graduate level. |

Joanne Koltnow, Lead Writer and Editor Joanne Koltnow has worked at the intersection of education and technology for 35 years. After employment in the public and private sectors, she became a freelance communications consultant. She brings to her clients’ projects an incisive mind and the ability to write about complex ideas in language both straightforward and compelling.

Chevy Martin, Ed.M., Writer & Analyst Chevy Martin, has worked in education for over 30 years and is an expert in funding for K-12 schools. Her experience includes 6 years working with Boston Public Schools and the MA Department of Education and 22 years as Associate Director of an independent K-8 school. Her experience has given her an understanding of the technology, curriculum and financial needs of schools. Chevy has spent the past 7 years working in the educational technology and publishing industries with Classroom Connect, Harcourt K-12, Riverdeep Inc., Houghton Mifflin; and AutoSkill International as a marketing manager for grants, funding and policy. She has extensive knowledge of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (No Child Left Behind), the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and other federal programs, as well as state and private funding opportunities. Chevy earned her Master’s degree at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. |

She has delivered professional services to a wide range of clients managing complex projects and solutions with attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast-paced and complex environments. |

Megan Loeb, Research Analyst With a background in philanthropic giving, Megan has spent 15 years helping high-tech companies, including Adobe Systems Incorporated and National Semiconductor Corporation, to strengthen the broader community through charitable giving and corporate foundation grants. Many of the initiatives under Megan's leadership have focused on improving K-12 education. Megan now spends time on consulting projects to bolster education programs across the country. Megan graduated with honors from Santa Clara University with a B.A. in Communications and holds a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship from Boston College's Carroll School of Management. |

Kate Mullen, Project Manager Kate has designed and directed education technology projects for over ten years with an emphasis on the non-profit sector. Successful implementation of 30+ employee programs including K-12 professional development, technology integration and marketing/communications were the focus of her years at JN4D,Ltd. Clients included, Apple Inc., Scholastic Inc., Carnegie Learning and National Semiconductor Corp. Most recently, Kate has assisted RedRock Reports with marketing, research and project management duties. Kate is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and has two young boys keeping her from any meaningful graduate work.
